Terms & Conditions


The planner represents and warrants to the Client that it has the experience and ability to perform the services required by this Agreement; that it will perform said services in a professional, competent and timely manner; that it has the power to enter into and perform this Agreement; and that its performance of this Agreement shall not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party or violate any federal, state and municipal laws. However, the Client will not determine or exercise control as to general procedures or formats necessary to have these services meet the Client’s satisfaction.

Reservation of Services 

To reserve the services of Sleepovers & Co., the contract must be signed, the retainer paid, and a valid credit card number must be placed on file with us.

Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of $250.00 is due with the signed contract in order to reserve your date. The retainer will be applied to your final balance.

Payment 

  • 50% of the total party cost is due to officially book your event and is non-refundable. This is the only way to reserve services.
  • The final guest count along with any additions or changes is due 2 weeks prior to your event due to pre-planning costs. In order to avoid stress on our team and rush fees. Please let us know in time to issue an updated contract & invoice.
  • The client will be required to provide a payment method to keep on file for automatic payments and to be used against any damages unless otherwise agreed upon. 
  • Any damaged, stained, or lost property of the planner will be charged to the client at the damaged items’ full retail cost.

Balance of Payment 

Full payment of the rental balance is due in full (2) weeks prior to your event and is non-refundable. Failure to pay in a timely manner will be considered a termination of the contract and no delivery will be made.

Payments Accepted 

Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or AmEx), or Zelle. 

Rush Booking

  • Any experience or rental booked 13 days or less prior to the event date is due in full at the time of booking.
  • Any experience or rental booked 13 days or less prior to the event date is subject to up to a 25% rush fee.
  • Any experience or rental booked less than 5 days prior to the event date is subject to a $350 rush fee to cover any expediting and team overtime costs.
